30A Investment Partners was formed, March 2012, with the goal of creating value for investors by focusing on unique INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
To date the company's real estate development arm, SouthEastern Retail Development has invested in properties that exceedS $100 MILLION in value. 30A investment partners has added several early stage investments to it's portfolio, with four successful exits. Additionally, the company operates two emerging restaurant concepts — Jack Brown's Beer and Burger Joint and Billy Jack's Shack.
